First of all, since it was a sample pack, I didn't expect to get that many servings out of it, but I got five daily servings out of it. I did try mixing it into my coffee first, and I couldn't taste it at all. It also didn't change the texture or make my coffee grainy. So now that's how I prefer to drink it every day, but I did put it on my cereal too. It doesn't taste or smell like anything, it's impressive. I had to beg my roommate to try it since she's weirded out by powders, but even she couldn't tell it was in anything.I can't say anything changed with my hair or anything, since it was only five days. But I think just as a protein source in the mornings, it really helped keep me pretty full till after work.
